How much is Auckland delivery? What are the delivery options?

Auckland Central Urban areas - FREE delivery if you spend $100 and more (normally $12)
For OUTER & RURAL Auckland:
1. As far as Wellsford, Warkworth, Matakana, Parakai (overnight courier) - $15 to urban addresses ONLY. Call us if you have rural delivery
2. Same day Rural Delivery as far as Whangaparaoa, Papakura, Clevedon, Whitford, Kumeu, Huia Rd - $18 
3. Same day as far as Maraetai, Muriwai, Waimauku, Waitakere, Waiuku, Pukekohe, Tuakau - $30

Monday - Saturday delivery times: morning from 10.30 - 14.30 ; afternoon from 15:00 - 18:00 

Sunday no deliveries available 


Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the product? (Return Policy)

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product(s), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and you may return the arrangement for a refund, request an exchange of products, or receive store credit. To receive a refund, non-perishable products may be returned unused and in its original state within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the item, less any service fees. Hand-delivered floral product or perishable goods may be returned in its original state within 24 hours of delivery and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee of the cost of the product. To receive an exchange of goods, notify us within 24 hours of the issue with the delivered arrangement and we will pick up and re-deliver another product(s) of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you. We will need to be provided the opportunity to pick up the product(s) you are dissatisfied with prior to processing a redelivery. If you have a complaint about a delivered product but do not want or cannot provide an opportunity for us to pick up the original delivered arrangement, we will provide you with a courtesy store credit for future use. Refunds or credits given for orders that have already been delivered or have had an attempted delivery will only be for the partial or full cost of the arrangement(s), less any service, handling, or restocking fees.

What happens if the recipient is not there?

All our gifts automatically have a "signature release," which means that it can be dropped off without requiring a signature. In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no answer, will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most cities in New Zealand overnight (urban addresses only) Please place your order at least 3 days in advance. If we are unable to source specific flowers, we will get in touch with you.

North Island delivery (urban areas only) $15

South Island delivery (urban areas only) $30

For rural delivery please contact us to find out extra cost (it may vary from $10-$60 extra depending on how far it is located from local couriers depot)

We can do same day delivery but upon availability of flowers, please call us 0800 021 106

For same day morning delivery order must be placed before 10am, for afternoon delivery must be placed before 2pm
